What Offer Me is
Offer Me is a venue where sellers list items without a price and buyers propose what they'd pay. We are not a party to any transaction. Deals — including payment, inspection, pickup, and any warranties — happen directly between buyer and seller, in person.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. One account per person. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.
Listings and offers
List only items you own and may legally sell. No prohibited items: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, recalled products, counterfeits, animals, or anything illegal where you live. Offers and acceptances on Offer Me express intent to transact but the sale itself is completed between the parties in person.
Conduct
No harassment, spam, scams, price manipulation with fake accounts, or attempts to collect other users' personal information. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
No warranties
Offer Me is provided as-is. We don't inspect items, verify listings' accuracy, or guarantee any transaction. Meet safely (see our Meet Safely page) and use your judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offer Me is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users.
Fees
Offer Me is currently free to use. If posting fees are introduced for certain categories in the future, they will be clearly shown before you post.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@offerme.app.
